i have the rights to refuse taking request if the client is being overly rude &/ making me uncomfortable.

i have the rights to refuse taking request from other doll makers.


about payment & slot:

full payment before i start / 50% downpayment and 50% before shipping.

payment through :

if there's, any tansfer fee will be added to commission price.

intl rate will apply to all payment via paypal.

design and detail / character reference must be submitted within 24 hours after client is informed to, if more time is needed please communicate, slot will be put on pending.


ABOUT REQUEST

CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COPYRIGHT ISSUE THAT MAY HAPPEN IF DESIGN WAS REPORTED AS STOLEN / PLAGIARISM.

I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE TAKING YOUR REQUEST IF I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE DOING IT OR I DON'T HAVE THE SKILL TO DO IT / IT MAY HAVE COPYRIGHT ISSUE.

COMMISSION WORK TIME CAN VARY DEPENDING ON QUEUES, DETAILS ON REQUEST, TIME NEEDED ON MATERIAL PURCHASES, & REVISION.

TURN AROUND TIME IS 1 WEEK TO 2 MONTHS AFTER ALL MATERIALS ARRIVED. IF MORE TIME IS NEEDED I WILL COMMUNICATE WITH THE CLIENT.


ABOUT showcase publication

I'LL POST THE COMMISSION RESULTS ON MY SOCIALS, IF PREFERED OTHERWISE PLEASE INCLUDE IN COMMISSION REQUEST (there will be NDA fee +30%).

client is not allowed to claim the design and art as their work, &/ use the design outside chichippang production, except for doll resale promo purposes.

i attain the rights to announce publicly if chichippang's work claimed as other's or other's work claimed (by other people) as chichippang's, in which inconvenience chichippang, otherwise will be left with clarification comment on said post or ignored.


design ownership in case of cancelation

Design sketches provided by chichippang is a free facility from chichippang x jjeajangmyeon collaboration for chichippang production purposes only.

If client cancels after design sketch is finished, the design rights will be returned to chichippang x jjeajangmyeon.

cancelled design sketch belongs to chichippang and chichippang attain the rights to use or sell the design to other customer.

Client who cancels after design sketch is finished has to sign mou for above matters.

if client who cancels would like to buy the design &/ art made by chichippang x jjeajangmyeon, client has to pay $100 for design fee.


about shipping

client pays for shipping, shipping fee will be calculated before i accept the request ( except for shipment via shopee checkout ).

shipping for local commission via :
shopee checkout | manual shipping.

shipping for intl commission via pos indonesia ems or other available service.


Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given once commission has been started.

If the commission has not been started and the client cancels after payment made, a 50% refund to the client will be provided.

i will make a post on both instagram & twitter when a batch is open & start taking slots on the following day.

can i commission with my own existing design?
yes you can.
if you don't have a design yet i could help you make one for free, though you'll have to provide character reference & detailed request, such as do you want a paw detail or not, etc.

can you see my design and let me know the estimated custom price so i can save money when it's my turn?

yes, if the existing doll design belongs to you
no, if it doesn't belong to you.

which sizes will come first?
i'm prioritizing 10 cm right now, i'm also thinking about making 10 cm animal body while i'm at it, but only if there's enough demand!
